CITY 3 - 3 PORT TALBOT TOWN  - This draw made automatic qualification for Europe via league position that bit tougher, but you have to admire the lads attitude in coming from behind three times to snatch a dramatic equaliser in this see-saw encounter.

The ability to take advantage of chances created made all the difference as City dominated the first 20' only for The Steelmen's Chad Bond to pop up in the right place at the right time to force the ball home after a scramble in our goalmouth.

It was a similar story on 43' but with the right result this time, as Chris Jones was on hand for us - also in the thick of the goalmouth action - to bring the scores level.

We upped our game in the second half, and looked to be the likelier to score, but it was Port Talbot's David Brooks who netted twice, firstly from the penalty spot (56') and then rounding off a swift breakaway (77').

Each time however, we hit back, firstly Chris Simm setting up Ryan Edwards' firm shot (71'), and then, deep into injury time (90+4'), young sub Jamie McDaid giving Les Davies the chance to turn and shoot home a point-saving goal.
