Dinas Bangor 2003/2004

Phil Priestley: spent three season with Rochdale where he gained Football League experience. Spent loan spells at Scarborough and Chester City in the 2000-01 season before joining Bangor City in August 2001.

Chris Short: experienced defender signed from Caernarfon Town in October 2001. Previous clubs include Conwy United and Netherfield.

Alan Goodall: Young leftback signed from Cammell Laird after a trial period with Tranmere Rovers. A skilful and versatile player, Alan can also operate in midfield.

Eifion Jones: centreback who spent three years with Liverpool FC and then three more at Blackpool where he was a member of the first team squad and made a number of Football League appearances. Has Wales U21 Caps

Huw Griffiths: 25 year old centreback whose consistent, powerful performances for Cefn Druids caught the eye during the 2000-01 season. Joined City in the summer of 2001 and has established as a firm favourite with the Farrar Road faithful. Suffered through injury during the 2002/2003 season

Kenny Burgess: pacey winger signed in August 2001 from West Cheshire side Cammell Lairds. Equally at home on left and right wings where his pace and close control catch the eye.

Gareth Williams: winger who joined City in July 2002 after a season with Wrexham FC, previously appeared for Gresford Athletic.

Clayton Blackmore: experienced defender or midfielder well known for his decade at Manchester United where he won Premiership and FA Winners Medals alongside 39 International Caps for Wales. Other clubs include Middlesborough, Barnsley and Notts County.

Aled Rowlands: Bangor born Aled spent three years with Manchester City gaining 5 Welsh Under 21 Caps before moving to Irish League side Sligo Rovers. Aled joined Bangor during the summer of 1999. A skilful ball player comfortable on the wing or in central midfield. A Welsh Under 21 International.

Owain Tudur Jones: A tall gifted midfielder with a great deal of promise. Has become a regular member of the first team and attracted the attention of Premier League scouts. Has Wales youth honours.

Paul Roberts: was a goalscoring sensation for his local side Porthmadog and attracted a £15000 move to Wrexham where he gained First Team experience. City's longest serving player. A Welsh Under 21 International.

Lee Hunt: talented young striker signed from Helsby during the summer of 2002. Pacy and energetic, Lee was last season’s top scorer.

Anthony Fenton: Young defender who joined City briefly in November 2001 before playing the remainder of the season with Newtown. Re-signed in August 2002 after completing a spell with Notts County. Began his career with Manchester City and also had a period with Portsmouth.

Ricky Evans: Powerful and highly talented midfielder whose impressive performances have attracted Football League scouts. Has LoW experience with Welshpool Town and Flint, began his career at Oldham Athletic. Joined City from TNS in August 2002.

Gary Roberts: Former Liverpool youth, Gary is a close season signing from Denbigh Town. A tricky winger with a keen eye for goal.

Peter Davenport: (Manager), moved into coaching after a long and successful career with the likes of Sunderland, Middlesborough, Notts Forest and Manchester United. Former Macclesfield manager. England International.

Steve Owen: (Coach) - Vastly experienced in the local league scene. Steve made appearances for Bangor in the Northern Premier League

CLAYTON BLACKMORE - MIDFIELD/DEFENCE: An experienced campaigner with Manchester United, Middlesboro and most recently Notts County. ALED ROWLANDS - MIDFIELD (DOB) 09/06/78: As a youngster, Aled was on the books of Manchester City before joining Sligo Rovers in Ireland. An industrious midfielder who links up well with the attack and is also another former Welsh Under 21 international who has played 25 times for his country at various levels. PAUL ROBERTS - STRIKER (DOB) 29/07/77: The clubs current longest serving player. A Welsh Under-21 International, Paul was originally signed from Wrexham - who he joined in a £15,000 transfer deal. He then returned to his original club Porthmadog for a short spell as a full-time as Football in the Community Officer, before rejoining Bangor in January 1999. STEVE COOPER - DEFENDER: A former Wrexham player, Steve is son of referee chief, Keith Cooper. The versatile defender, who can also figure in midfield has also been with Rhyl. SEAN HAZELDEN - DEFENCE (DOB) 04/05/81: Currently a student at Bangor University, Sean was signed from Unibond League side Emley.

MARK LLOYD WILLIAMS - STRIKER: Wales B International "Jiws" returned to City after League spells with Halifax and York. The talented striker has also played for Stockport and was a Welsh Cup winner in his last spell with City in 1998. Chwaraewr rhyngwladol efo Cymru B mae ‘Jiws’ wedi dychwelyd i Fangor wedi cyfnodau yn Halifax a Chaerefrog. HUW GRIFFITHS: No nonsense centre-half previously with Cefn Druids. Has impressed with his wholehearted displays

CHRIS BOULTON: Signed from Mold Alex, where he had been a prolific goalscorer. Strong centre forward who started his career with Manchester City.
