Our hopes of securing a European place through a League runners-up position have disappeared barring an unlikely combination of results next weekend.

We can now concentrate on reaching the Europa League either by winning the Welsh Cup, or via the League play-offs.

Wingmaker goals in each half from Wayne Riley (27') and Steve Tomassen (62') wrapped up the match.

Finally, we can confirm that one of our players was targeted with a racist remark during the match, and we have lodged an official complaint. We have no plans to make any further comment on this matter, and will let official processes take their course.
