PEJIC IN, WARD OUT - AND TWO OF CITY'S PROMISING YOUNGSTERS TO GET LOAN EXPERIENCE
We are delighted to confirm that defender Shaun Pejic has agreed a one-year contract with Bangor City.
28 year-old Shaun joins us from a brief spell with Barrow, but prior to that he played for Crystal Palace Baltimore and Vancouver Whitecaps in North America.
He is probably best-known however for his 9-year spell with Wrexham, where he made 175 senior appreances, having come up through the youth ranks at The Racecourse.
Shaun has gained international honours - having won 6 caps for Wales at U-21 level - and he is also eligible to play for Serbia, through his paternal grandfather.
Two of City's promising youngsters have been given the chance to gain valuable match experience with North Wales clubs.
Defender Clive Williams, who has just extended his contract with City to 2013, has been loaned for a season to Porthmadog, whilst striker John Owen is loaned for a season to Llangefni.
Meanwhile, we can also confirm that midfielder Nicky Ward has been released from his contract.
