CITY ARE TOP OF THE TABLE FOR ONLINE FANS
 As well as being top of the table on the pitch, Bangor City is also leading the way when it comes to using online social media to keep in touch with its fans.
The current Welsh Premier League champions and league leaders are believed to have the highest number of Facebook fans and Twitter followers of any other club in the Welsh football pyramid.
'Our 3500-plus Facebook fans and nearly 1500 Twitter followers show that we want to use every technology to keep in touch with our supporters,' said a City spokesman.
'It is vital to us that we quickly deliver up-to-date and reliable information to our fans wherever they are, and in the way they can best receive it. Social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter are very much the way to do this.'
'Increasingly, supporters demand information on the move - through their smartphones and other portable devices such as laptops and iPads. Where information is rapidly changing - such as whether or not a match might be postponed because of bad weather - and when supporters might already be travelling, we have to take advantage of every means possible to get the message across.'
